Uzi Mahmood
"Uzi Mahmood" is the first Muslimgauze recording composed specifically to be released on vinyl for DJs. Heavy Middle-Eastern hip-hop beats are wrapped around outer-space bass lines and alien freakout noise loops. We asked Muslimgauze for something that people could dance to and he delivered 13 tracks on a DAT, four of which appear now on this limited edition 12 inch disco plate. An additional pair of tracks will be included on the forthcoming "Hussein Jeeb Tehar Gass" compact disc, scheduled to be released on December 1, 1998.
